I am Technology Solutions Professional (TSP) @ Microsoft – with a focus in Microsoft Teams and Intelligent Communications. I hold the MCSE: Communication certification and am a co-organizer and presenter for the Teams User Group in Kansas City.

My previous technology experience spanned across the majority of the network and server infrastructure: servers, virtualization, storage, networking, etc. Basically a “Jack of All Trades”. I finally caught the Lync bug in 2010 and decided to focus on it going forward. Haven’t looked back since!
